   I don't use weather apps all that much unless it matters (where in the SF   
   Bay area California, for 9 months of the year, the weather is the same   
   every day), but one option is the free "Automation" tool from Llamalabs.   
       
      
   You'd likely need to use something like Muntashirakon AM to identify the   
   Activity in the weather app that needs to have its buttons pressed by   
   Automate, and then have that button pressed every hour (or whatever).   
      
   Seems like that might be out of the skill set of the OP so the next option   
   is to find a weather app that updates as frequently as the OP desires.
