   About a year or so ago I carefully researched and thoroughly tested for   
   weeks this exact topic, and then I posted a wonderfully deeply detailed   
   tutorial on this topic for use by both the Windows and Android newsgroups,   
   which detailed all the known servers, setup, and their pros and cons.   
      
   If something has changed in the last year or so, then there may be value in   
   starting fresh, but otherwise, I'd suggest people dig it up & follow it.
