T-mobile free with trade in of A36, A37

I was replacing a timing belt and accidentally dropped the venerable
Samsung Galaxy A32-5G (SMA326U) so it needs to be replaced pronto.

Called 611 and was surprised to hear T-Mobile isn't offering free phones
anymore (drat!). I got three of the A32-6U phones in 2021 but I gave two
away so all I have is one which is my daily drive.

Asked which phones are free with tradein and they answered:
    A16, A17, A35, A36 & XCover 7 Pro

The processor in the A16/17 is worse than my 2021 A32.
But the A35/A36 processor is much faster.
Yet, the XCover 7 Pro is more rugged. Much more rugged.

The battery is about the same (5Ah) on most of those above.
But the XCover 7 Pro has a removable battery (which is nice).

My 128GB sdcard won't be useful in the A16 or A17 though.
Unfortunately, the A35 doesn't have the sd slot either. Bummer.

But, the headphone jack is in the A16/A17 but not the A35/A36/XCover & Pro,
so they make the choice harder for me since that's important too.

There are other differences, but if that's my choice (and I'm not sure it
is yet), then it's the A35 (but I like the ruggedness of the XCover 7 Pro).

   XCover 7 Pro
   A36-5G

Dunno yet, but if others are in the same boat, that's some data for you.
But it's preliminary as every time I call T-Mobile I get different answers.
