   For a long time I had my phone set to 2G because it was the only   
   reliable way to receive calls. O2 didn't allow wifi calling, purely as a   
   matter of policy. Then they switched of 2G and 3G, but switched on Wifi   
   calling. But I am paying for my Wifi, not O2. I am surely it all works   
   out nicely for them.
