   While you were discussing this (and while you were posting to troll threads   
   that you, yourself authored and only trolls responded to), I purposefully   
   helpfully invested my value added into writing up this PSA to help everyone   
   set their background homescreen/lockscreen to ANY desired solid RGB color   
   on Windows, iOS and Android, simply using the web or any text editor.
