   Indeed it would. Browsing is not an issue in Linux. It might have been   
   in the days of Flash where the Linux version was limited to 10.2 and it   
   was a problem because most sites used it, but developers have since   
   moved to HTML5 and killed off what was ordinarily used to hack into   
   computers because of its numerous bugs.
