   I believe the "jury" has already weighed in on the latter   
   incident. Obviously.   
      
   There was no criminal "verdict" against the officer who shot Ashli   
   Babbitt; he was cleared of wrongdoing in a criminal investigation.   
   However, in May 2025, the U.S. government agreed to a nearly $5   
   million settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by her   
   family.   
      
   Yeah, it's "obvious".
