   I don't think she tried to kill him (or even run him over), as evidenced   
   by the sharp 90* turn she immediately made.  Had she accelerated in a   
   straight line, he would've definitely been hit.   
      
   But from what I saw, it happened so fast Ross didn't know if she was   
   going to turn, so he fired.  And having a previous traumatic experience   
   with another protester vehicle made him extra wary.   
      
   With her fast, aggressive driving she didn't show much regard for his   
   safety.  If she cared, she would've pulled away slowly after making sure   
   nobody was in her path, and she would still be alive.   
      
   Hope her child's father, and not the vile lesbian "wife", gets custody   
   of the kid.
