   A lie. Every video shows him putting his hand on the gun after she had   
   already been in drive and started to accelerate.

   Considering how useless the Congress is, doing little more than creating a   
   law and repealing it once the opposing party comes into power, I can   
   understand why a President would want to bypass them entirely to get   
   things done.
