   All of the multiple instances of thunar you had open?  Even from file   
   changes effected by applications?   
      
   If so, that's a big [positive] change to thunar from a few years ago,   
   where the modified timestamp would remain unchanged for hours, through   
   multiple file mods and saves made via a text editor.
