I took driver's ed in high school in Montana. I kept "hitting" imaginary
parked cars. The town was Fairfield, Montana, population under 650. There
weren't any freaking parked cars in town! I was 15 at the time, almost 16. I
think I just dropped out of driver's ed and got my driver's license without
   it when I turned 16.
