   It's pretty damn obvious that "Linux" require[ds] both Torvald's   
   kernel and Stallman's implementations of the neo-UNIX API and   
   command-line programs.   
      
   And the Linuxen of today depend on an enormous number of   
   follow-on contributions from many other people.
