   I am quite familiar with Endeavour's initial installation screen having   
   installed the operating system a few times. It's complete, but that fact   
   might actually be daunting to a lot of users. Try to put yourself in the   
   place who gets freaked out when an icon is out of place, and then ask   
   yourself whether the Endeavour welcome screen or KDE in general is as   
   welcoming to them as you believe it to be for yourself.
