   The default KDE desktop looks a lot like Windows 7 too.  Start menu with   
   categories, taskbar or panel, whatever you want to call it. KDE doesn't   
   have all the crappy icons that resulted from the bloatware installed by   
   sellers but you can add them if you want.   
      
   MATE sort of looked like bargain basement Cinnamon. LM's take on Xfce   
   surprised me. It's more Windows like than the stock Debian.   
      
   It's a prety short list of what doesn't look like Windows 7 besides most   
   GNOME configurations. They look more like Windows 8.
