   The genitals can be a source of dysphoria, but in fact the majority of   
   trans women, at least, don't change their genitals, the issue is an utter   
   red herring.  Some choose it, it's their life, you calling them "freaks"   
   just makes you an ignorant hatemonger, you don't value all human life, you   
   are bordering on Nazism.
