There are things called default for a reason. If everyone agree on
something, then it makes things simpler for everyone. Now, the good
thing with Linux is: the defaults aren't mandatory. If you have a good
reason, you can change them. But when you want to change the default,
you have to learn how to do that. Which is impossible because you are
stuck in the past an can't learn anything.

Because as you say, there are a lot of possibilities and Intel recognize
the defaults and can't manage every options in your head. Because they
can't see what's in your head, and I'm pretty sure nobody want to see
what's in your head because it looks ugly.

You have to learn how to install tools, and it looks like a lost case.
