   iOS has a file manager called "Files". It shows all user documents.

   Can you give an example where this helps the general user? Not saying there   
   are none -- maybe it helps with troubleshooting? I am grossly outdated on   
   Android and even when I used it I did so on low end devices. Oh, and have used   
   it in emulation but that hardly counts.
