   How would such surgery stabilize you? Who expected it to?   
      
   But if you are looking to violence as a sign of mental health issues in a   
   population, this means;   
      
   * Men are mentally ill. They engage in FAR more violence.   
   * Conservatives are mentally ill. They engage in more violence.   
   * Gun owners are mentally ill. They engage in more violence.   
      
   Still want to stick with your "logic"? :)
