   Why did you expect something else? The number 7 is just that: a number.   
   As Linus claimed a lot of time: there is nothing significant in a   
   number. Once the second number starts to be too high, the first number   
   increase. But that mean nothing. Switching from 6.18 to 6.19 should be   
   considered as the exact same thing as switching from 6.19 to 7.0.
