   I still have the box out in the shed. I'll have to see which version it is   
   but it was fairly early. It was a valuable feature at a time when you   
   couldn't download a 3 GB iso and wouldn't have the storage for it is you   
   could to say nothing of the book. It reminded me of the days when you   
   bought Microsoft C and got several inches worth of documentation.
