   May background was mostly in embedded. When I interviewed for my last job   
   in one of the questions from the director of engineering the preamble was   
   'assume unlimited memory'. 'What world is this?' I thought.   
      
   Several years later he said "When I interviewed you I kept getting the   
   impression you were thinking 'Why is he asking this stupid shit?'"
