   FWIW, I've installed libvirtd and virt-manager, and I've used   
   virt-manager to set up various virtual hosts, including one   
   that is running Windows 11 Pro for Workstations.   
      
   The qemu underpinnings of virt-manager + friends handle the   
   TPM emulation without a problem.
