   The command name is, but the options are different. AIX and FreeBSD   
   have -d, Linux doesn't, just for example.   
   Various other differences exist, just compare the options listed in the   
   manpages.

   Indeed. they use ifconfig, netstat, arp/ndp and ss (replacement for
