    Some in the Bay Area have tried for less accessible and higher voltage   
   wires/cables in substations and have been severely injured and I believe one   
   was killed by the current.   
    Some years back a main cable was cut for some obscure reason   
   down the Peninsula where it was not closely suppervized.
