   This Afternoon Rain. High near 46. Southwest wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of   
   precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and   
   quarter of an inch possible.   
      
   That's what passes for pouring with rain around here. Judging from the   
   cat's bowl on the deck it hasn't made it to a tenth yet. I don't think it   
   would even be an Irish 'soft day'.
