   The KISS principle. I tend to follow it when writing code as well as when   
   designing gear.

   I have no issues with CLI - I grew up on CLI based systems. That said, I   
   don't have a problem with DE either. I especially liked KDE for all the   
   eye candy. XFCE is okay, but it's not KDE. Dolphin is a much better file   
   manager than Thunar, imo.
