   There is a missing feature which is deleting a pattern. There is a   
   functionality to remove dependencies when removing a package, though.¡   
   (in myrlyn).   
      
   However, you can simply switch the greeter and that will stop loading   
   libraries from the other desktop, before starting the desktop.
