   The trouble with huffing and puffing over baseless legal threats is having   
   to publicly back down on them. The trouble with “intellectual property” is   
   that it seems to destroy brain cells and make corporations incapable of   
   thinking clearly.   
      
   Their lawyers are supposed to advise them against crap like this, not lead
