   True.

When XP was first released Gates visited either China or FSU (I
forget which) and "lost" a couple of copies of Windows XP.

As it turns out, in China, people buy systems loaded with Linux
because they are cheaper, and then wipe Linux to install a pirated
   copy of Windows.

A little old but it's still happening.

Desktop Linux doesn't suck, it's just ignored.
