   His cheap webcam, I helped him to set up in a Dutch NG (different nym ;-) )   
   is NOT supported by Linux.   
   Hardware support is a bit of a mess using Linux.

   WinXP Pro SP3 NL is a pirated version, he probably got from another warez   
   pirate: HPT / Wendy.
