   And yet that is basically how a large proportion of the code in a GNU/Linux   
   distro was built.   
      
   No need for Eclipse, and certainly no need for a "Visual Studio".   
      
   By the way, I need to "complete the plonk".  This fellow's greasy FUD   
   and misplaced sneering was hoary years ago.
