   I wonder if Tom's DIY powershell build system can handle build   
   dependencies automatically, multi-arch builds across multiple virtual   
   hosts, distributed compilation, or full project management, with team   
   assignments; mailing list (and other) notification; automated wiki   
   building; bug tracking; and publication of single or multiple packages,   
   up to and including full distributions ... like, say, Koji?

   Doubtful. Outside Microsoft, no Windows developers actually develop the   
   OS, or anything more significant than their own isolated "app".
