   Your response is empty.  If you think he is wrong then show it.  And there   
   are many good counter examples:   
      
   * Linux kernel vs. Windows / Unix   
   * Firefox vs. IE   
   * Pidgin vs. AIM   
      
   But there are also counter examples where OSS has not been able to produce   
   software that matches the closed source alternatives:   
      
   * Photoshop (and the rest of the creative suite)   
   * MS Office   
   * iLife   
      
   Hadron theorized that the difference was corporate support... though there   
   clearly has been corporate support for OO, so that is not the full answer.
