   I had a look at the instructions for doing that sort of thing once.   
   Unbelievable how long, complicated and fiddly it is, complete with command-   
   line sequences that you have to get exactly right otherwise you’re screwed.   
      
   And the worst thing is, everybody who wants this is forced to go through the   
   procedure for themselves, you can’t just download the finished result from   
   somewhere.   
      
   Compare this with Linux, which makes it so much easier to customize things   
   to your liking. Or to download other people’s customizations, if you can’t   
   be bothered to recreate them for yourself.
