   Well "they" is normally you or me and we're person that has full access   
   since "they" are the one doing the backup.   
      
   Much of my stuff goes into /home but it's certainly not the only place that   
   I keep files. Example - I have Samba shares setup that aren't mapped within   
   my /home directory.
