   It can be done, but it’s a complicated process involving a lot of tedious   
   steps, with no way to automate them. And every single user has to go through   
   the steps for themselves, you cannot share the results without violating   
   Microsoft’s copyright.   
      
   Compare the process of building custom Linux boot images on CD, USB drives,   
   whatever: there are invariably scripts available to automate the process for   
   you, and if even that is too much work, you can download someone else’s   
   premade image, and either use that as is, or as a starting point for your   
   own further tweaks.
