   I think it’s still built on an underlying Windows Mobile kernel. And   
   furthermore one with a version number something like 6.6, not even 7.0.   
      
   Yup, just like “Windows Seven” wasn’t really version 7.0 of anything,   
   neither is “Windows Phone 7”.
