   There are various contraints deliberately imposed on the source code, all   
   for the sake of Microsoft Windows. On Linux, it’s easy to pull in any number   
   of dependencies (add-on OpenGL libraries etc), but Windows makes this a   
   pain.   
      
   Didn’t I mention elsewhere how Free Software is handicapped on Windows?
