   I installed SP1 on three computers here. It took 30m minutes, 40   
   minutes, and one hour.   
      
   The one hour installation was on my very much underpowered netbook   
   with only 1GB of RAM.   
      
   If it took you two hours, it sounds like something is very much wrong   
   with your machine.
