   Since you obviously don't own an iPad you clearly have zero clue about them.   
   Your entire knowledge of the iPad is nothing more than a few hits you got   
   from some search engine.   
      
   I own a lot of serious computer but got an iPad mainly for my wife. In   
   short - it's a device that finally makes computing accessible to her. She   
   gets 10x as much "benefit" from the iPad than from any laptop I've ever   
   owned... and I've owned many.   
      
   If you're looking for a "computer" then don't even consider an iPad. But if   
   you're looking for a device that makes it as simple as possible to   
   accomplish computing tasks then this device is hard to beat.
