   Well Microsoft takes no issue with people buying surplus corporate licenses   
   other than warning users to be careful to avoid getting scammed.   
   And ironically if you do purchase from a know, reliable seller, if you happen   
   to have an issue registering, a quick email will have a new key for you in an   
   hour   
   or less.   
   They actually support Windows better than Microsoft does.   
   Again, you do need to be selective in who you purchase from.
