   Don’t do it, because you have such a nice business going there, it would   
   be a shame if anything happened to it.   
      
   Microsoft used to be the master of that, back in the 1990s or so. And IBM   
   a decade or two (or three) before them.   
      
   Thankfully, both are long past that point.
