   When I installed Windows 11 Pro for Workstations in my virtual host, I   
   don't recall doing anything to scrolling.  Yet it scrolls in the   
   "correct" direction, i.e., pushing forward on the scroll wheel scrolls   
   up.   
      
   You'll note someone said they have to think about the difference between   
   scrolling   
   in a window and using the scroll bar.  I think that's yet another example of   
   "quirky"   
   behavior to "put up with".
