   You do not like it. That is OK. So don't use it... on any OS. I am happy that   
   each of the OSs have that as a choice.   
      
   It really is just how you see things -- moving the scrollbar or moving the   
   content. With scrollbars being emphasized less it makes sense to think of the   
   content more. But it is "new", and I am happy to have choice.

   Oh, if it is buggy that way that is an issue. I thought Windows called it by a
