   available across multiple distros. In fact, there are distros that   
   would offer most, if not all of them, in a single installation, so you   
   don’t have to feel you’re committing yourself by choosing any one of   
   them.   
      
   There’s a lot of emphasis in that article on the resemblances to   
   Windows. Obviously the big fear among Windows people is that Linux is   
   some kind of strange new country where they will be completely lost.   
   It doesn’t have to be that way, but you will have to seek out   
   information for yourself.
