   If so I am at the very least not using your connotations... they offer the GUI   
   and CLI. Users can pick what they want. For most people for most tasks the GUI   
   is preferred.

   PowerShell is used by admins and the like. For general users... how many even   
   know what it is?   
      
   And it is a Windows thing. Mac has had the CLI since about 2000.
