   My laptop, which was rebooted recently, showed 3.9 GB in use. I killed   
   some things like the PostGre service and teams in taskmagr and got it down   
   to 3.6.   
      
   I have no data for a Surface but I've never seen a running Win11 instance   
   with only 1.5 GB.
