   Microsoft has introduced a new ... COMMAND-LINE UTILITY FOR WINDOWS!   
      
   This one is supposed to make it easier for developers to “streamline   
   the complexities of Windows development”, according to Microsoft.   
   What?? You mean, after all these years, you’re admitting that it’s not   
   easy to develop for Windows just using point-and-click?? And here I   
   thought Visual Studio could do it all! Say it isn’t so!!
