   all by word of mouth -- none of these projects can afford   
   multi-million-dollar marketing departments to tell everybody how

   unaccustomed to free-market competition, seeing a Western-style   
   supermarket for the first time and being totally baffled by the need   
   for so much choice. “Wouldn’t it be more efficient to just have one of
