   Ada has a lot of good features.   
      
   But I don't think there is a commercial market for Ada on VMS.   
      
   ACT dropped VMS support.   
      
   The German GNAT for VMS Alpha initiative did not take off.   
      
   The French GNAT for VMS Itanium initiative did not take off.   
      
   But as a community project then maybe.

   Anyone could try make it work on VMS x86-64 (and maybe start   
   upgrading as it is based on GCC 4.7).
